Return Policy

Due to the affordability of our products, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind. Our low prices are designed to offer the best value for your purchase.

Important Reminder: Please ensure that you carefully check the size, color, and other specifications before making your purchase.

Returns are accepted only in these cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Proof of the defect (photos or videos) will be required.

Note: Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to meet our quality standards.

  • All returns due to manufacturing defects must be pre-approved by our customer service team.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

Non-Delivery of Orders

We cannot offer refunds for delayed orders. For orders that have not been delivered, we will investigate the cause and decide whether a refund (if any) is applicable.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be provided for manufacturing defects that were missed during our inspection process and are confirmed upon receipt of the returned product.
  • Refunds are also provided in case the customer receives wrong items. In that case a unboxing video is necessary.
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and confirm the returned product.
Important Reminder: Please ensure that you make a unboxing video as it helps tackle the issues that sometimes happen during the transit with the third party delivery company.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel, go to the “Orders” section of the Account menu and follow the cancellation process.
  • Orders in Transit: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refund Process: If successfully cancelled within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
